What’s been happening:

After graduating in 1980, I got a job with Fluor Technology in Irvine, CA. Traveled a lot for work, seeing most of the US until 1987 when I moved to Birmingham, AL, for a job with Rust Engineers as a project engineer. Since then I've stayed in Birmingham, the company changed owners multiple times, and in 2003 I went to work for a small consulting firm as a research engineer in consumer and employee safety issues. I only made it back to University Park once since I left there. Sure is different than I remember :-)
